Polti and Tower steam generator irons work by heating water held in a station tank. This heated water by Polti La Vaporella and Tower Ceraglide “generates” high-pressure steam which is fed through a hose to the iron’s soleplate.

This constant flow of hot POLTI XT100C and TOWER T22023GLD pressurised steam works deep into fabrics, efficiently ironing out wrinkles and creases, leaving laundry smooth.

Because the base water tanks on POLTI and TOWER steam generators are separate – holding 1.4 and 1.2 litres, respectively – it makes the iron handle and soleplate light, easy to move, and requiring less refills.
